It is a mistake to believe that by taking down one head of gender ideology, you will achieve success. You must strike at the foundation: the heart of the hydra.
Great piece and I agree that the legal definition of sex is the heart of the hydra as recognised by Kellie-Jay Keen when she erected her adult human female billboard (which was taken down within 48 hours) in 2018. Hopefully Trump's executive orders and the DHHS report in the States and the Supreme Court judgment in the UK have blown a hole in the hydra's heart ( hence some of the violent kickback).

I think you are conflating masculine with male and feminine with female. I believe all humans have a spectrum of traits including “masculine” and “feminine”. Men can be feminine and women can be masculine. That does not make them the opposite sex.
Sounds like you are conflating sexual orientation with gender identity. Not the same thing. The problem is the conflation of sex with gender, and then sex with gender identity. Sex, sexual orientation and gender identity are three separate things. By all means let all documentation list all three things to be ticked off. But replacing sex with gender identity erases women and same-sex attracted people. Sex is an important marker and sex cannot and does not change.
Disagree. I did not say they were unrelated. I said they were not the same. Biological sex is given and unchangeable. Sexual orientation is a sexual preference for same sex or heterosexual or bi-sexual. Gender identity is a social construct. There are overlaps but any one of these concepts cannot replace any of the others
Sexual oriention also in many cases and in a few extreme sex non conformity. That can in some circumstances together with other factors such as pysicality cause a disorder I.e distress around one's role . This is homosexuality. Their is also another sexual oriention which is the majority of those that call themselves trans. Your obviously a feminist with a philosophy around non conformity and in relation to the majority who perform procreative sex . I.e steroptypes. Which are and always been biological in the origins. You are free to hold a belief that these are sociakyconstructed without the evidenced to support that beleif. Most people know what masculine and feminine are.

Brilliant, Cynthia. The intrusion into academia allowed the many heads to appear all at once, in medicine, education, and certainly the law.
The heart of the hydra is the left and its horrible ideologies as a whole.
